In defense of my vice: Friendfeed
It all started out innocently enough. I’d used Delicious for years to store links I found useful, but then along came Friendfeed and suddenly my digital footprints were being judged. What made some links “like-able” and others not? How come no one was commenting on all the interesting stuff I was sharing? Why won’t people add me as their virtual friend :)
Of course the number of followers, friends, and likes doesn’t really matter in the end (right??) but I still can’t help reloading my FF page unnecessarily to see if anything I like is being liked by others.
So now I’m wondering…will this new Plinky character help or hurt my habit?
